The check screens for PHI exposure, security vulnerabilities, broken or deprecated API endpoints, and uptime issues, then files a report you can review. There's no separate subscription fee for this maintenance, but each run consumes LLM credits at the standard rate, the same way any other agent activity does. As long as you keep a sufficient credit balance, maintenance runs automatically and your BAA stays in force. If your credits run low, Cline notifies you in advance, and BAA coverage of the affected deployment pauses until maintenance can resume.
